Shipping Policy              

Delivered within 4-8 business days: 1-3 business days processing time, 3-5 business days shipping time

Standard delivery is shipped by the best available method for the shipping address, using FedEx Ground.

Return Policy:

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days
of purchase.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
Merchandise must have all tags attached.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

Final Sale items may not be returned.

We will gladly accept returns of unworn underwear and swimwear that it is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

The returns can be processed within a 30-day timeline, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days.  You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Kamali Kulture, Norma Kamali INC.

For shipping back returns, please complete the Return Form that was included in your shipment along with your merchandise.  For your convenience, we have included a FedEx return shipment label with your packing slip.  Simply complete the information and affix the return label to the outside of your package.  We suggest that you retain a record of the tracking number for your future reference. An additional $8.95 will be deducted from your refund if our FedEx label is used.

You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.  Your return package can be dropped off at any FedEx location, dropped off in a FedEx collection box or given to your FedEx carrier.
